If you are brand-new to our practice, welcome! However, new patients are not able to book their first appointment online. Please call or text us at 309-431-1357 to schedule!
Remember: if you want to use your insurance benefits, you can still do so! We will provide you with a superbill, which then you can turn into your insurance company for reimbursement at out-of-network rates. And, if you are less than one year postpartum, you get 50% off your first visit!
Unfortunately if you have Medicare, we CANNOT see you at this time. Please contact us and we will refer you to someone who can accept Medicare.

Stephanie is board-certified in women’s/pelvic health, and previously held a board certification in orthopedics as well. She specializes in women’s/pelvic health, but is still well-versed in treating orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions. She is passionate about helping everyone, regardless of gender identity, learn more about their pelvic floors and how they work. Kimberly is an experienced physical therapist who is proficient in women’s health and pelvic health therapy, as well as skilled in treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
